24 hours notice of cancellations are greatly appreciated, I understand things happen, less than 24 hours of notice will result in a $25 charge. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service. ( When you cancel last minute I don’t have time to fill your spot which in return my time is wasted and I am losing out on money) Clients have 48 hours after receiving service to let me know if any complementary changes need to be made. 15 minute grace period if running behind and only a solid color will be put on, after that you will be considered a no show and charged 100% of service. Prefer cash but will take card (cards will be charged a processing fee + Tax ) Thank you!
