Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Thank you for choosing NailzbyTaelynn. I’m honored you’ve trusted me with your nails. To ensure every client enjoys a seamless, relaxing experience, please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Your deposit may be transferred one time when you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients who no-show or cancel the same day will be required to pay the remaining balance of the missed appointment before booking a future service.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment depending on the day’s schedule. Late arrivals may also result in the loss of the deposit.
Complimentary Nail Fix Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you experience lifting, chipping, or a broken nail due to normal wear within 5 days of your appointment, I’ll happily repair it at no charge.
To qualify for a complimentary repair:
• Please contact me within 5 days of your appointment.
• Send a clear photo of the affected nail(s).
• Repairs will be scheduled at the earliest available opening.
Please note that complimentary repairs do not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Picking or biting
• Improper aftercare
• Excessive force or using your nails as tools
• Requests to change the shape, length, color, or design
Repairs requested after the 5-day guarantee period will be charged at my regular repair rate.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of your appointment.
I currently accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and debit/credit cards.
Please note that card payments are subject to a processing fee in addition to applicable sales tax.
